Why we are hiring
We currently serve a diverse client base, from FTSE 100 property giant Landsec to ambitious smaller businesses. We've retained our largest client, Landsec, for 16 years and we now run the digital marketing for 31 of their shopping centres and retail parks including Bluewater, St David's Cardiff and Gunwharf Quays. We have ambitious plans for 2026 and we a Junior Social Media Content Editor to support the delivery of client work across the many social media profiles we run. It’s an exciting time to come aboard!
The role
We're seeking a digitally-fluent Junior Social Media Content Editor to join our extensive content team. You’ll take an important role within the team, which includes Managing Content Editors, Senior Content Editors, Content Editors, Content Creators, Designers, Community Managers and more. You will need to be a great copywriter, ready to bring your A-game to planning content and writing for social, and knowing the nuances of each channel. You’ll be technically capable, and will need to seamlessly navigate social content management platforms, and social apps.
You’ll need to have your finger on the pulse when it comes to social media, with a firm understanding of social best-practice and trends, and good knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. You will ensure that our client marketing objectives are met - helping to implement the day-to-day delivery that will enhance our client’s brand, engage their audience, and drive performance growth.
This is a junior role with serious progression potential. You’ll start by creating and planning outstanding social-first content, and over time, you’ll help shape how brands show up online. We need someone who doesn’t just like social, they live it. Someone who understands why content works, not just how to post it. Someone who wants to grow into someone who can lead teams, shape strategy and represent our agency in the social media world in the years to come.
Some work on websites or email marketing might be expected as part of this role, so ability to work across those spaces too would be useful.
What You’ll Be Doing

Write compelling, on-brand copy tailored to each platform.
Concept and script short-form video content including Reels, Stories and TikToks.

Understand the “why” behind performance. Think hooks, retention, shareability and audience behaviour.
Thinking Beyond the Post
Contribute to campaign ideation and content strategy discussions.
Help shape content calendars with a performance and audience-first mindset.
Use data and insights to refine and improve content output.
Begin developing confidence in presenting ideas internally and to clients.
Growing Into a Social Specialist
Stay ahead of emerging platforms, tools and cultural shifts.
Actively develop your knowledge of social algorithms, content formats and platform best practice.
Build confidence in articulating social strategy and trends.
Over time, take increasing ownership of accounts, campaigns and client conversations.
Who We’re Looking For
Some experience in social media, content or editorial (internships and placements considered).
An exceptional instinct for what works on social — you’re the person who spots trends before they peak.
Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice effortlessly.
A genuine fascination with how people consume content online.
Commercial awareness — you understand that content needs to drive results, not just engagement.
Confidence in sharing ideas and contributing in team discussions.
Ambition — you don’t just want a job, you want to build expertise and influence in this space.
A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your development.
The Opportunity
This role is entry level or appropriate for a second role, but designed for someone who wants to grow.
In five years’ time, we’d love this person to be:
Leading social strategy conversations
Mentoring junior team members

If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
