
the challenge
Landsec wanted a Christmas campaign with real presence across its UK shopping destinations; something bold, difficult to forget and unmistakably festive. Building on the success of previous campaigns, featuring a glamorous turkey (voiced by none other than Dame Joanna Lumley), the brief for 2025 was to evolve the concept even further. They wanted a bigger story, bigger personality, and most importantly, a bigger impact across social channels.
The challenge was to evolve the brand’s iconic “turkey universe” (or “turkeyverse”, if you will) into a multi-channel festive moment that would entertain audiences, spotlight each destination’s offering and cut through a crowded seasonal landscape.

the campaign
“Mission: Christmas” is a character-driven festive adventure. Charlie’s Angels energy with a playful twist of a flock of glamorous turkeys on a top-secret mission to showcase gifting, fashion, food, experiences, Black Friday deals and festive fun across Landsec’s portfolio.
Our focus was to make “Mission: Christmas” unmissable on social. We wanted it to be instantly recognisable, entertaining and designed for high-shareability. We brought the turkeys into real retail locations to experience the festive fun with our POV “Turkeycam” footage, featuring a specially crafted turkey beak.
Because the Turkeys were filmed in real destinations, the creative quickly transformed into location-specific content spotlighting each centre’s community and specialist seasonal offerings.

The 2025 campaign delivered a festive universe that audiences recognised, shared and enjoyed across every channel.
