Our clients, Landsec, wanted to rethink what customer loyalty could look like for their retail destinations. They wanted a rewards programme that felt less transactional and more personal, one that would make each customer feel like they belonged to part of an active community.
They needed a loyalty programme that went beyond collecting points and offering discounts. They needed something that created genuine moments of connection, which kept people coming back, not just for offers, but for personalised experiences.

the campaign
Enter PLUS+, a loyalty scheme that knows exactly what you want, before you’ve even opened your email. Instead of a “spend more, get more” points approach, PLUS+ is designed to be a little gift in your inbox. With every message featuring meaningful wins such as: trending products, tailored offers and exclusive competitions. We also designed a suite of brand partner games, which gave users a new reason to engage (and a chance to win big too).
Along with digital experiences we also ensured PLUS+ worked out in the real world, combining the scheme with exclusive events such as our Student Shopper Sweep and big new store openings that encouraged members to engage with the scheme IRL.
At the heart of PLUS+ is a powerful CRM strategy designed by us, using detailed data segmentation and behaviour analysis. Every touchpoint is designed to feel timely, personal and genuinely rewarding.



the results
One year after rolling out the PLUS+ scheme, over 750,000 members had joined and with some bespoke campaigns we have yielded open rates of 80%+! As we learn more from the data we gather, PLUS+ is evolving and becoming even better at providing customers with exactly what they want. PLUS+ is more than just a rewards programme; it's a dedicated community full of interested, engaged customers.
