Experience-driven retail is on the up in 2025, with our core client, Landsec, reporting outstanding retail results this quarter (April-June 2025). Total sales were up 8.1% YTD across Landsec’s major retail destinations, including Bluewater, Trinity Leeds and St David’s Cardiff, while footfall was up 4.8%.


Strong footfall and sales figures are reflected in record-breaking social performances across our Landsec portfolio, with a combined social reach of 18.2m for the quarter, and over 1.5m engagements and 11.2m video views.


The takeaway? Hype building, placemaking social content that highlights in-centre experiences and new openings, prioritises entertainment and generates FOMO in our audiences contributes to real-life results.
