Who are F. Hinds?
Founded in the 1800s, F.Hinds is a family-owned jeweller with a rich heritage and more than 115 stores across England, Scotland and Wales. Known for its wide range of jewellery, watches, gifts and exceptional customer service, the business has built a trusted reputation on the British high street, spanning nearly 200 years.

How will The Content Emporium support F.Hinds?
We'll be supporting F.Hinds with all things CRM, providing strategic advice and expertise to help strengthen customer communications, increase engagement and squeeze more value from every interaction.
Working with the in-house team we’ll take a look under the bonnet of the existing F.Hinds' CRM activity and analyse the data. We’ll be looking at typical journeys, audience behaviour and campaign performance. We'll identify opportunities, uncover quick wins and build a clear picture of how customers are engaging.
Using those insights, we'll develop a CRM strategy built around customer retention, reactivation and long-term growth. We'll review audience segmentation, customer lifecycles and automation opportunities to create personalised journeys that land in inboxes at exactly the right moment, with exactly the right message.
Whether it's welcoming new customers, encouraging a second purchase, rewarding loyal shoppers or re-engaging those who have gone quiet, every new communication will have a clear purpose.
Along the way, we'll be measuring success through key CRM metrics, including open rates, click-through rates and engagement, as well as average order value to ensure their CRM activity delivers sparkling results.
