Right in the heart of the city, this open-air complex spans a whopping 1.65 million sq ft and is home to over 170 stores, bars and restaurants.


With approx 33 million visitors a year, this isn’t just a retail space; it’s a buzzing community where people actively choose to spend their time.


Our role at The Content Emporium is to take that already impressive energy and make it sing on social.

On our first visit to Liverpool ONE, we were struck by the energy of the place, shaped by its culture, its pace and the people behind it. We’re working to highlight this on its social channels.


What this means:

  • Showcasing the teams that give the destination its personality with engaging employee generated content

  • Creating a unique tone of voice for Liverpool ONE that’s as warm and friendly as the people

  • Capturing authentic moments across the whole retail, food and leisure spectrum. All of which are unique to Liverpool ONE

  • Building a loyal community within the comments
