Yes, you read that right. The Content Emporium has been nominated for not one, but two International Content Marketing Awards (ICMAs). We’ve been recognised for both ‘Best Content Team’ and ‘Best Use of Social Media’.
Focusing on our work with our client Landsec, these awards recognise the packed year we’ve had forming the ultimate dream team, building a community with engaging employee-generated content (EGC) and crafting creative social strategies that continually push our client forward.
Both nominations shine a light on the energy that’s needed to build such high-impact, creative campaigns, and the many moving parts that are needed to make it a success.

The International Content Marketing Awards recognise the best in content marketing worldwide and they celebrate exceptional teams, campaigns and storytelling. Each entry goes through a rigorous review by industry experts until the final shortlist is drawn up. We’re absolutely delighted to be rubbing shoulders with the best of the best.
Our Best Use of Social Media ICMA nomination
Our nomination for Best Use of Social Media at the ICMAs 2025 recognises how we turned Landsec’s retail portfolio into a network of community-driven channels. Tasked with transforming the social presence of 17 major UK shopping destinations, we built a strategy rooted in people-first storytelling.
Through EGC, we gave real voices centre stage: retail staff, security teams, and centre managers. Every post, reel, and lip sync trend was designed to feel unfiltered, local, and human, tapping into the places and faces that the community would actually recognise.

The results after launching the EGC strategy were staggering:
YoY organic Meta reach shot up by 85% and up by 140% on engagements.
Organic EGC content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook had a total reach of 19,381,392
Overall, TikTok followers grew by 196% YoY and Instagram followers grew by 32%
This nomination celebrates the power of social, done right. With creative, human-first content as the backbone of a dynamic social strategy that drove engagement and impressive results (if we do say so ourselves).
Our Best Content Team ICMA nomination
Being shortlisted for Best Content Team at the ICMAs is a massive recognition for the core team behind Landsec’s social transformation. Managing 59 social profiles across 17 retail destinations, our now 39-strong team is a thriving content ecosystem that manages to be both hyper-local and nationally consistent.
From creative strategists to videographers, on-camera presenters to all-hours community managers, every member plays a role in delivering a cohesive social experience that reflects each centre’s character and community.

We built teams of local content creators all over the UK (Kent, Leeds, Cardiff, Glasgow) who knew our centres and the surrounding community inside out (and had the accents to match).
This nomination recognises the creativity and passion that fuel our work every single day and we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible team that power each individual social channel.

There’s no other way to say it, being shortlisted means A. Lot. And being shortlisted in two categories, side by side says even more about who we are. We don’t just churn out content, we’re a team that cares and crafts strategies that resonate.
