A large group of people from The Content Emporium pose smiling in front of a historic building with beige stone walls and windows. Bright, casual clothing adds colour.

At the end of April we held our annual all agency day near our central office in Bristol.

This is a chance for the whole of TCE to get together, celebrate the good stuff, examine the challenges and plan for another full-on year of innovation and all-round excellence.

We heard news from every corner of the agency, but here are just a few points that stood out:

There's loads of us now

See photo evidencec above. We filled the already very large room we’d booked with team members travelling in from everywhere, Cornwall by train, Greece by plane, and still not quite everyone made it. Safe to say: TCE has grown.

We’re a social bunch

After a quick speed socialising session it was down to it. We all know we do a lot of social posting, but it's incredible to step back and look at how far it travels. This year alone we’ve hit:

  • 11M organic Instagram reach (+122% YoY)

  • 41M organic Facebook reach (+94% YoY)

  • 25M TikTok views (+41% YoY)

Those are some BIG numbers

Looking good

Speaking of which, it's not just online where we've been busy. Alongside those numbers, we’ve crafted beautiful print magazines, designed large-scale hoardings and reimagined brand identities across a range of new projects.

CRM is more than just email

Our Director of CRM, Emily Gwilliam, explained that (despite its reputation) CRM is not actually about blasting out emails.

It’s about the full customer journey. From the moment the customer start considering your brand through every touchpoint, every interaction, every ‘add to basket’ and yes – every communication.

The bigger picture

We were also reminded of the amazing charities that we choose to support as a team. From fundraising to pro bono work, giving back continues to be a big part of what we do. This year we’re supporting Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Appeal, Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary, World Cancer Research Fund and St Margaret of Scotland Hospice.

A mix of local causes and charities close to our team’s hearts. Discover more about these fantastic charities and donate if you can.

All in all, it was a incredible day to take stock, look ahead and realise just how much we’re building together.
